• We accept little dogs only on request in some apartments (10,00 €/day without food). We do not accept cats or other animals
• The flat offers a fully equipped kitchen, television and car parking.
• All reservations will be considered as confirmed after a deposit remittance by  bank or credit card of  40 % of the total agreed amount , and a written confirmation given.
• The deposit is not returned in case of cancellation.
• The settlement of the complete holiday amount has to be undertaken at the arrival’s day.
• In case of delayed arrival or departure in advance, the arranged price will be fully charged.
• In case of cancellation 20 days before the arrival day, the arranged price will be fully charged.

• On departure day the apartment is to leave tidy and clean , above all the kitchen , otherwise we have to supply € 55,00 for cleaning expense.
